  I would not recommend this company to anyone. I called with questions about a system at a new home that I bought. The woman said she would have her tech call me to schedule a visit. This was on Monday, I told her I would be available all day Friday and would let the tech know when he called me. I got home from work on Tuesday to find a bill under my front door mat for services and parts. There was also a flyer for a new system with a price written on it and a note saying the cost of today's work would be deducted from the price of the new system. The water was still coming out black and stinky so his service/parts were not helpful and I still have no idea what the system does or how to use it. I called the office but no answer or machine to leave a message. I called the following morning and was told that this is a courtesy service that most of their customers appreciate so they do not have to take time off of work for the tech to come out. I informed the woman that I wanted to be there when he came out (which I had already explained to her) so that he could answer my questions and explain how the system worked to me. She said she would schedule him to come out on Friday morning, which I agreed to, but then said to have a check ready for the work he had done on Tuesday. She was shocked when I told her I would not have a check ready and that I would be crazy to pay for him trespassing on my property and altering my water system without my consent. She argued that they had already done the work so I had to pay to which I explained it was unauthorized work and I am not obligated to pay for it but when he comes on Friday I will discuss the system with him and if the parts are in fact needed I will gladly pay for them, otherwise he can take them back and I will not pay for them or his time. So, I get up early on my day off to deal with this mess at 8:30am. He has not showed up by 9am so I called the office and the woman tells me that he left the office, she assumed he was heading to my house and I should keep waiting. I finally left at 9:30 to run a few errands. I came home to a notice on my door that he had stopped by and then received a bill in the mail that afternoon for the "Services" on Tuesday. This scam is poor business practice and completely disrespectful to potential customers. I did have a wonderful experience with another company who came out at the scheduled time, tested my water, explained how the system worked and how the new one would improve things and even installed the new system that very day! now that is how you treat customers to have referrals and return business!!!
